Cash Plus Limited's boss Carlos Hill and his two
co-accused are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.Mr. Hill, his brother Bertram Hill and Chief Financial Officer of Cash Plus Peter Wilson are to answer to various fraud related charges. The three were taken into custody last month following investigations into the collapse of the multi-billion dollar alternative investment scheme. After spending more than three weeks at the Horizon Remand Centre the Hill brothers were offered bail two weeks ago following applications by their attorneys. Carlos Hill was granted $15 million bail. He was required to report to the Police Fraud Squad daily and remain at his house between 6pm and 8am. His brother Bertram Hill was granted $10 million bail under similar conditions. Mr. Wilson was released on a $5 million bond. |
