More persons in St. Catherine will shortly be able to
benefit from the Programme of Advancement through Health and Education (PATH) programme. Starting Monday, the St. Catherine Office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security will conduct a parish wide registration drive in a bid to identify more recipients for the PATH programmne. Parish Administrator for the Ministry of Labour and Social Security Everett Chambers told RJR News that special emphasis will be placed on persons who were last year displaced by Hurricane Dean. Recently, Prime Minister Bruce Golding announced that 125,000 more persons be identified and registered as PATH beneficiaries. |
