Former kingpin Arnett Gardens
has the easiest route of the three teams battling to avoid relegation in the National
Premier League. Arnett needs only a draw in the away game against Seba United at Jarrett Park, St. James Sunday in order to remain in top flight football zone. That result, however, will not suit Seba especially if St. George's Sports Club beat Reno at Lynch Park, Portland. For safety, Seba needs a win which will take them to 45 points 2 ahead of Arnett. In other games schedule for Sunday, St. Georges with new coach Geoffrey Maxwell are in the relegation group at the moment and must win at home in order to avoid the drop. Elsewhere, relegated August Town will play their last game in the premiership hosting Village United while champions Portmore United will entertain Tivoli Gardens. Boys town will be are at home to Waterhouse and Sporting central Academy will entertain Harbour view at Brancourt, Clarendon. |
