 Physical fitness will be
the initial focus of Jamaica's
netball team which will start preparing for a hectic 2010 season this week.On Sunday, the Sunshine Girls headed to the gym for their first of a twice-weekly session. They will also have one court session per week, with the training increasing in intensity as their five test series against the world's top two nations in August gets nearer. The Sunshine Girls will play three tests against Australia on August 8, 11 and 15, followed by two tests against New Zealand on August 18 and 21. They also have the Commonwealth Games from October 4 to 14 in New Delhi, India and the fast-net championships in England. |
