| Lauryn Williams targets Fraser and Stewart for 2010 |

The 2005 world 100 meter champion says she will aiming to get into the10.6 seconds bracket with Jamaica's Shelly Ann Fraser, Kerron Stewart and fellow American Carmelita Jeter next season. Williams who has personal best of 10.88 for the 100 metres has not improved on that time in three years and has identified what she needs to work on. Meanwhile, world 400 metre champion Sanya Richards says she will also be focusing on the 100 and 200 metres for the 2010 season. There will be no World Championship or Olympics next year and as a result and Richards says she will be experimenting. Richards and Williams are in Jamaica to expand and promote the Fun 4 Kidz Sanya Richards Fast Track Literacy Programme. |
