In a match reduced to 36
overs a side due to numerous rain interruptions, the West Indies sent to bat were
57-1 after 9.3 overs against India
in the third one day international at the Beausejour Stadium in St. Lucia.
Runako Morton 12 and Ramnaresh Sarwan 14 were the batsmen at the crease when rain stopped play. Captain Chris Gayle went for 27 off 14 balls. The West Indies, who playing with an unchanged team from the second ODI, are a seeking a 2-1 lead in the four match series. |
