Limited which is currently in liquidation, has released poor financial results.For the year ended December 18, the tyre distributor suffered a $48 million loss which is a reversal of the $13.5 million profit recorded at the end of December 2007. Revenue was flat at $1.2 billion. With the cost of sales at $1 billion and administrative expenses increasing by $46 million, Goodyear emerged at a loss position. Last December, Goodyear shareholders voted unanimously to wind up the company. Goodyear products are being distributed by other companies. |
