The St. James Police have arrested a man said to the
parish's most wanted. Shane Chennie, who was wanted for several murders committed over the past three years, was picked up on Monday night during a police operation. Mr. Chennie is linked to several killings some of which took place as recently as last month. Head of the St. James Police Superintendent Maurice Robinson says Mr. Chennie is slated to appear in identification parades. "Chennie has been behind a number of shootings which occurred recently in the months April and May in the Montego Bay police area. We are asking anybody who can come forward with information to assist us in our case preparation," said Mr. Robinson. |
