 As the quest for
places in the top six and the battle to avoid relegation continue Sunday in the
31st round of the Digicel Premier League.Arnett Gardens moved up to fifth place after they registered a 2-1 away win over St. George's SC, although being reduced to 10 men in 40 minute. St. George's, who also had a player ejected, are now 43 points, 2 more than Waterhouse who were beaten 2-0 by hosts Boys Town. Davon HHodges scored in time added, his 17th goal of the season, as Rivoli rallied to edge relegation bound Reno 2-1 at Frome. Kemar Daley's 89th minute strike gave Meadhaven United a 2-1 victory over Village United at Elleston Wakeland Center. And in the feature game of the round, Tivoli Gardens defeated leaders Portmore United 2-0 while second place Harbour View faces Sporting Central Academy at the Compound. |
