A 27-year old bus conductor has been sentenced to 10
years in prison at hard labour for sexually molesting two teenage girls. Phillip Graham of St. Johns Road in St. Catherine was convicted on two counts of carnal abuse when he appeared in the St. Catherine Circuit Court on Tuesday. Both sentences are to run concurrently. The court was told that on March 8, 2005 Graham took home a 12-year old girl and had sex with her. It was also reported that on March 23rd, he had sex with a 16-year old passenger in a bus. The police became aware of the incident the following day when the girl told her mother what happened and investigations led to Graham's arrest. |
