The case involving Cash Plus head Carlos Hill, his
brother Bertram Hill and the company's Chief Financial Officer Peter Wilson was
mentioned on Thursday morning in the Half Way Tree Criminal Court.The three men had their bail extended and were ordered to return to court on July 30. The Hill brothers and Mr. Wilson were arrested four months ago following investigations into the collapse of the multi-billion dollar alternative investment scheme. The men were held at the Horizon Remand Centre before their attorneys applied for their release. Carlos Hill was granted $15 million bail. He was required to report to the Police Fraud Squad daily and remain at his house between six in the evenings and eight in the mornings. His brother Bertram was granted $10 million bail under similar conditions while Mr. Wilson was released on a $5 million bond. |
